Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our "Wall-to-Wall Happiness Guarantee"! If for any reason our products aren’t the right fit for your space, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unaltered
- In their original condition
- Not cut apart, separated, removed from the backing, installed, or tested on a wall or surface
Because our decals cannot be resold once they have been altered or removed from the backing, decals that have been cut, separated, installed, or tested on a surface are considered used and are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Adhesion & Surface Compatibility
Wall surfaces vary widely, and adhesion can be affected by factors such as paint type, wall texture, surface coatings, dust, cleaning products, or improper installation.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for decals that have been applied or tested but did not adhere to a wall or surface.
If you are unsure whether our decals will work on your wall surface, we are happy to provide a free test decal with your purchase upon request - that way, if the test decal doesn't adhere, you can return your unused decal set(s) for a full refund.
Custom & Personalized Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalized items
- Items with custom color combinations
These items are made specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility requirements above, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Restocking Fee
Orders totaling over $200 USD may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Because we begin processing orders quickly, we may be unable to cancel orders after this time.
Policy Acknowledgement
Because wall decals cannot be resold once they have been altered or removed from the backing, attempting installation or testing decals on a surface indicates acceptance of the product and voids eligibility for return.
